Refund Policy – Wafidslip.com
1. Appointment booking charges are non-refundable, as Wafid/GAMCA appointments are generated immediately after payment.
2. Refunds are not possible for:
- Incorrect passport details entered by the user
- Wrong country/center selected

- Delays caused by the medical center

- Duplicate bookings made by the user
3. Refunds may only be considered if no booking is generated due to a technical failure.
4. Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
- *Once you Booked Our Service you can cancel if you don’t get GCC Slip before 48hours but Rs 586 will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- *Please note once the appointment is booked it can not be cancelled and the fee is non-refundable.
- *If the candidate has a previous Fit/Unfit report then appointment can be booked after expiry of report , in this case you can cancel the service but Rs 586 deducted as a cancellation fee.
- *If candidates have a valid appointment and are trying to book a new appointment in this case, the candidate will get a new appointment after expiry and you can cancel the service but Rs 586 deducted as a cancellation fee.
- *If candidates book an appointment and not receive due to there is an issue in the system or server we will inform you by email regarding your appointment status and within 3/4 working days if the problem will not resolve then candidates cancel the service but candidates want to cancel the service before the above mentioned time the amount will be non refundable.
